The MOST important weekend I ever spent at HoJo's

I had the chance to stay at HoJo's Anaheim the last weekend of Janaury as part of the MiceChat's 4th anniversary.

Ironically, it is also the same specific time period that I met my wonderful, lovely girlfriend 4 years ago, at a Sunday Noon meet at the Hub Internet meet at Disneyland.

We ended up with a room at HoJo's for the weekend...

After spending a great Saturday night at the HoJo Jacuzzi watching the Disneyland Fireworks...

I went up to my room, and got on my knee and proposed to my best friend, and now my fiancee, Lisa.

Then on Sunday, we told a few hundred of our best friends the news...

And now we are looking forward to an early January, 2010 wedding....

I have stayed at HoJo's over the years, as have many of our friends, and they have always treated us well.

Alas, I will be a few miles north for the wedding, but will be looking forward to sometime in 2010 when we can check in as Mr. and Mrs.

But I truly need to thank EVERYONE on the staff at HoJo's Anaheim, over the years you have been great, and make the Hotel the place to stay when you are visiting the Anaheim Resort area!

Thank goodness that Willie is out promoting in New Zealand currently....

This wedding business is just SCARY, especially with the media in the mix, somebody pointed out that TMZ could be covering the event... OK, LA Times, OC Register, network TV will be there, no big surprise, and we have been working out the additional issues for media coverage for the day... but I forgot I have ties to TMZ.... YIKES
