I don't know what the problem was, but on our recent visit, the internet was painfully slow. Tried to access my work email account, and had breakfast while waiting. Finally borrowed an iphone and had access immediately (3G), while my laptop was still trying to connect. No one in our group was able to gain internet access in the rooms. Fluke or usual? Other than that, we had another wonderful stay. The rooms were kept clean, the pools were great, everyone loved the stay. Thanks again.

Definitely not the usual, so I'll ask our GM to look into it. Thank you for the heads up!

I took my laptop and had no issues with the internet in my room. We were able to connect and access our emails, Facebook , and the Brisbane Times website to keep up with what was going on at home.
