We just got back from a great stay at the HojoAnaheim and noticed your cool, new guest services directory in the room. The style of the binder and the artwork on the pages are perfect! The information inside is well organized and helpful. We really like these small details.

We've seen the retro luggage tag and mouse pad in the gift shop. Have you given any thought to making more merchandise based on the 'Retro Family Fun' theme? We would be interested in t-shirts, magnets, prints or a mug.

Our General Manager was very happy to hear your positive feedback- because he actually designed those Guest Service Directories! The layout, the artwork, the content- Everything! I'm really glad that you are finding them to be helpful and fun!

As far as merchandise- I'm actually trying to convince them to make a little beach tote with the Castaway Cove pirate boy on the front! So keep your fingers crossed for me, and I'll keep you posted!

OMG, yeah! That directory is awesome! I took special note to look at it when we arrived because I read this thread prior to our going and I LOVED it. Matches the soap wrappers well too! I only wished I had been able to get some luggage tags while we were there. I went in on our last day and it appears the shop was sold out.

Please pass on my kudos to the general manager too as he really did a fantastic job. They're not ordinary that's for sure!

Also, is there any way we can purchase items before our trip and have them shipped? The luggage tags sound great, and I'd love to be able to use them for the trip down.

I am so bummed! The new directories arrived the night before we left and I never even opened it up. I guess this is one more reason to return. We are all dying to come back!

We just got back from another great stay at the HojoAnaheim and saw the cool, new tote bag in the Main Street Market. Again, the style and the artwork are perfect! The circular shape is very hip in a mod/retro way. Needless to say, we bought one and plan on using it for our future trips.

The little things that you do for the hotel do not go unnoticed, from the binder to the tote bag to the complementary pirate hat. It's all greatly appreciated!
