As someone who has done his fair share of customer service and who despises poor customer service, I want to commend you on the amazing job you do here. I appreciate a few things about your approach:
- You actually seem to care about your customers. Sadly, that's rare anymore.
- You have a sense of humor.
- You know how to let people know you hear what they're saying, and then you offer to follow up or provide a solution, whenever possible.
- You give us a LOT of useful information.
- You don't pretend that your hotel and your on-site grocery store are all that exist. You would be surprised how many hotels do as much as they can to not tell you about anything in the surrounding area that will mean customers spending their money outside the hotel.
- You make me glad I chose HoJoAn.
