AC in Room 1-201 needs repairing

Postby grumpy's fan » Mon Jun 08, 2009 8:16 am

Just a quick reminder for your management - I just stayed last week in room 1-201. Staff was great as usual and I always enjoy staying at HoJo - we won't stay anywhere else. But, the AC in my room never worked properly and I ended up calling about it nearly every day. They always had someone come right away and try to fix it but my room was always humid and never cool. You may want someone to look at what the problem is and try to fix it for the next guest.

One really nice note is that they were remodeling the room across the hall from us and anytime we returned for a nap they always stopped working and apologized for the mess/noise. It was so nice to be able to have the kids nap without loud noise - thanks!

Hi Leanne!

Thank you so much for following up with us on this! I'll send a link to your description to our General and Front Desk Managers so that we can get this taken care of! :D
