Although this was back in MAY, so it can hardly be an officaly complaint, It still bothers me and I've decided it needed to be said.
We were at HoJos from the 9-15th of May
On several occasions my kids were at the waterpark (Including ALL day on the 10th) and commented to us that the person manning the waterslide was watching her Iphone ( or whatever it was) the entire time, and once 2 kids smucked into one another on the slide because she told second kid to go before the slide was clear.
Now I realize she is not a lifeguard or whatever, but if she is there to ensure a safe environment then she should be doing so. And regardless of that no one should be paid to sit there saying next next next while watching an Ipod. thats not "working"
No for all I know this very bored young lady has long since moved on to a new job, but maybe managment can do spot checks to make sure the person they are paying to do that job is actually doing it. I felt with all the effort you guys put into customer service, this really created the opposite image!
