Entertainment rate question

Postby GreenEggs » Fri Jul 11, 2008 9:08 am

Hello,

I'm looking for an updated list of when the entertaiment rates are available, the only one I can find is from July 4th. I'm specifically looking at Dec. 14th-17th or 18th (which show availability on the old list but don't come up on the SD50), but I hate to call and bug the front desk with a billion questions on a busy Friday morning. Any new info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you-Have a great Friday.

Hello GreenEggs!

Happy Friday! :]

The most up-to-date list of Entertainment Rates is available in this thread:: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=14

I always add/remove new dates as soon as I receive the list, so it always has the most complete information that we have available!

If for some reason the website is being wonky and won't allow you to book dates that you see on the list, just give our In-House Reservations Team a call at 714-776-6120! They will be able to book the dates for you, or advise if there has been a last minute change.

I hope that this information has been helpful and that we see you in December! Don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything else that you may need! :D

Hi RuthieT!

I never ever know when dates are going to open/close until they send me a calendar- and we get one, generally, about once a week- so, the best that I can say is to just keep checking the calendar to see if any of the dates that you are looking for have been added, and then just give our In-House Reservations team a call at 714-776-6120 so that we can change the rates for you.

I wish I could be more exact, but hopefully this helps! :]

In order to get the Entertainment Rate I do understand you have to get the Entertainment book. Now when I went to the web site they only offer 2009 books. We are going to be there in November 2008. Should we not be getting the 2008 book and if we need to where do we get it?? Thanks :D

Hey you! :D

You'll need the 2009 book because that's the book that covers November of 2008. :]

Okay new question, I am coming in December have 2 rooms booked. Total of 4 adults and 5 kids, the 2 rooms are both in my name but I will only be staying in 1 of the rooms. Staying in both would be fun but Nah! :D Anyway back to my question, I have booked using the Sd 50 rate will I need 2 entertainment cards 1 per room or 1 as I am both reservations and we are all part of the same group. As a side note as I am sure this may be important we will be paying seperately, as it is to different families vacationing together.

So after trying to figure out what I am asking in my muddle of a message, bottom line 1 name on the reservation, 2 rooms, 2 families, paying seperate. Do we need 1 entertainment card or 2??

Thanks
Richard

oh by the way

Hello Richard!

You are makin' me blush!

Bottom Line? You can use 1 Entertainment Card for up to 2 rooms, maximum. So you'll just need the one card for this upcoming trip. ;)
