Local Entertainment Card?

We have our own local Entertainment Card/Book, but were wondering if we need the Anaheim area Card/Book to get the Entertainment rate at the HoJo. And if we get the discount, will we be quoted it when we book the rooms initially, or when we present the card/check-in/-out? I hope my question makes sense.

Your card can be from a book of any location. It does not have to be Anaheim.
You will be quoted the card rate when you book. You will not be charged anything until you check in (or maybe when you check out??). You must show your card when you check in, or you will loose your quoted rate and will be charged the full rate.

We don't charge anything until check-out, but there is an authorization placed on the card when you check-in. :]

There's a link here on Boards to all the dates that the full ET Discount is currently being offered:: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=14, and it also shows the rates that you can expect for the different types of rooms. You can book these dates online or over the phone.

If the date you're looking for is not listed,we offer 15% off of our room rates, and you can definitely give our In-House Reservations Team a call at 714-776-6120 to get information on what the rates would be for those dates.
