Entertainment Card expiring Nov. 1?

Postby CaliKT » Mon Jul 13, 2009 5:13 pm

I have two rooms reserved at the Entertainment rate for mid-November. I have a 2009 Entertainment book, and just checked my card and see that the card expires 11/1/09. Do I need to buy a 2010 book in order to use the discount for my stay?

Heya!

We do require that people show the ET Card that will be valid for the dates of their stay, so I'm really sorry, but you'll have to have that 2010 book with you! :\

Okay, now I am confused.

I asked the same question here viewtopic.php?f=13&t=381 in December and was told I'd be good if the card is valid for the first few days of my stay. I'm booked October 27 to November 7.

So do I have to chase after that 2010 card now after all if the card needs to be valid for the dates of my stay?

Hi Vala!

Sorry for the confusion! Your card must be valid for at least the day that you are checking in.

Your card will be valid at the time of your check-in, so you will be fine. If you were checking in on November 1st, you would need the new card.

Hope this helps!

I just noticed the discount dates for Feb 2010 and March 2010. We are arriving in the 28th of Feb for 3 nights. According to the discount dates listed we could get a discount for the first night but the other 2 nights so not qualify. Do I have to make any prior arrangements for this or do I just show my card when we arrive?

Hello DisneyHalls!

Congratulations on your dates being available at the full discounted rate! You do need to make sure that the ET Rate is applied on your reservations before you arrive- so give us a call now while they're available so we can get that noted for you- and yes! Just bring your ET Card with you to show the Front Desk at check-in! :]

Hope this helps!
