I spoke with representatives from Vons and Albertson's today and here is what I found out::
+ Albertson's no longer makes deliveries; they can only take orders for pickup, and they only accept US Credit Cards.
+ Vons still delivers, but they only accept US Credit Cards with a US Mailing Address.
Hopefully, these grocery chains will figure out that they are missing an opportunity to serve customers and they will change their policies- but for now, it looks like there really are not any options for grocery delivery for international travelers at this time.
