Review of Fire + Ice at Anaheim GardenWalk - Good choice

Postby Darkbeer » Sat Aug 22, 2009 7:10 am

Had dinner for the first time at the new Fire + Ice Restuarant at the Anaheim GardenWalk, and it was a very good choice.

http://www.fire-ice.com/

The menu is simple, all you can eat (aka grill) for one price

Lunch (Monday through Saturday 11:30 AM to 4 PM)

Adults - $9.95
Children 12 and Under - $6.95

Dinner (Monday through Saturday - 4 PM to closing, Sunday 3 PM to Closing)

Adults - $16.95
Children 2 through 7 - $6.95
Children 8 through 12 - $9.95

Sunday Brunch (10 AM to 3 PM)

Adults - $13.95
Children 2 through 7 - $6.95
Children 8 through 12 - $9.95

And Soda with free refills are $2.99

Also the restaurant has a full bar, and offers a Happy Hour from 4 to 7 PM during the week (1/2 off appitizers, a discounted cocktail based on the day of the week, and Large Bud Light for $3, and Large Samuel Adams for $4).

When you go up to the food bar, you are first offered a Salad Bar with some fixins

Then you have an interesting set of ingrediants for a Mongolian BBQ set-up, a lot of the traditional stuff, but then you can also have a Burger cooked on the grill (which will come with a Bun, Lettuce, Tomato, etc.) or lots of meat, chicken and seafood for the traditional type of grilled Mongolian BBQ.

And you can go back as much as you want to...

And the restaurant is quite nice, and has a wonderful outdoor patio.

I think the best deal is Lunch, the only difference is that there is less seafood options at Lunch than at Dinner.

Sunday Brunch is the standard meal, but then they add Pancakes, French Toast, Home Fries, Yogurt, Bacon and Sausages.

Photos of the restaurant can be found at this link...

But I do recommend it, and plan to go back on a regular basis.
