Eligibility for Industry Rate?

We will be making a reservation for the Hojo for 2 rooms for 2 nights in December. My question is that 2 of our party are pilots for CASARA - the civil air seach and rescue in Canada. (www.casara.ca). We have found in the past that some hotels will extend their industry rate to us, and others do not, so we always check first. Please let me know.

We appreciate this is a benefit and not a right, and understand if you are not able to extend the industry discount.

This sounds like it would be something that might be okay! Let me check with our GM and our Director of Sales, and in the meantime, can you let me know if you have any identification that you can show that confirms this?

I talked to our General Manager and we would love to extend the Industry Rate to them! Eligible members of your party will need to be able to show photo ID verifying their association with CASARA however, so please remind everyone to remember to pack it along! :]
