Airline Rates vs Entertainment Rate?

Postby Tara » Mon Jun 16, 2008 1:06 pm

First I have to say that this forum is a fantastic touch and answered some of my questions.

After much research, with everyone pointing me in the same direction (the HOJO Anaheim, LOL)
I booked today using the Entertainment Rate for November. I don't have a membership yet but was aware that I need the 2009 card to get the rate.

However , upon visiting the forum, I realized you offer a generous airline discount.
I am an AC employee.

My question is...Is the entertainment rate the same as the airline rate?
Thank you!

Welcome to the Boards, Tara! It's great to have you here! :D

I'm so glad that you are planning to stay with us this November! And you're right- the Entertainment Rate is a great way for people to save on their rate at our hotel. But- our Industry Discounts are really great for people who can present their Airline Employee Badge or IATA card at check-in.

The Industry Discount is usually better than the Entertainment Card Rate, and we generally are able to be a little bit more flexible with the dates of availability than we are with the Entertainment Card, so I would definitely check and see what the Industry Discounted Rate would be with your Airline Employee Discount before settling on the Entertainment Card Rate.

If you'd like to email me at Lorealle.Bishop@hojoanaheim.com with your last name and arrival date, I can definitely look into that for you!

I hope to hear from you soon!
