Booking an Industry Rate

Hi Lorealle, Can you advise if we can book an industry rate via email? We are in New Zealand so before we make a tollcall I'd thought I'd check we can't do it via email.

Do you need the agents personal IATA card or is an employee letter acceptable (again just seeing if we need to buy one before we go as it's not mandatory to hold one in New Zealand)

Last Question Can you book more than one room on the industry rate? We are a group of 7 travelling and currently would like a kids suite and another room suitable for 2 adults (one of the NQQ ones if at all possible in the same building as the kid suite)

Hi flea!

Unfortunately, we are not able to make reservations via email, so you would have to book online at www.hojo.com, or give our In-House Reservations Team a call at 714-776-6120. I'm sorry about that!

In order to qualify for the rate, you must present your valid IATA card, or airline employee badge at your time of check-in. You can book up to two rooms, maximum, per airline employee badge/IATA card.

Our In-House Reservations Team is available Monday-Friday, from 8a-5p, and on Saturdays from 8a-1p. [We're closed on Sunday]
