I talked to our Front Desk Manager, and she gave me the following bits of information that I thought might be helpful!

S-curvy Slide:: riders must be at least 36 inches tall.
Red/Toddler Slides:: no minimum height

Are the waterslides open in the evening? Is there a weight limit for the waterslides? We will be staying at the hotel on a day that Disneyland closes at 6pm so the kids would like to go to Castaway Cove after we leave the park.

The waterslides don't have an official weight limit [to the best of my knowledge, but I will definitely check with our General Manager on that for you] and they close at dusk.
