Hi gary-1955! I believe that is caused by the protective dome around the camera. It may be a seam or something. I'll see what our tech guru has to add to that and ask if anything can be changed. Thanks for the comment and for tuning in to our Mattercam!

There is a horizontal seam around the clear dome of the camera which causes a blurry haze at some of the camera stops. The manufacturer hopes to have a new dome available around September.

Seems the Cam is offline, noticed it last night & checked this AM & still offline. What is the status off the web cam?

Never mind, looked at two of the other browsers I use and it works fine on your the HOJO site with Safari & IE 9, just not working with Firefox, happened recently with Firefox???
