Hi, I'm just wondering, do all of the rooms have safes in them? We've booked a standard room with two queen beds, how do you request the rooms with skylights? Do they cost extra?

These are great questions!

All of our rooms except for our NK1's [Standard Rooms with one king bed] have In-Room Safes. For people who have booked a Standard King, we do have safety deposit boxes available at our Front Desk.

Our Standard Rooms with two queen beds facing towards the highway in Building 1 do have arched skylights on the 7th floor! You would just need to email us at stay@hojoanaheim.com, or call In-House Reservations at 714-776-6120 with your last name/arrival date/confirmation number so that we can note the request on your reservation for you. Although we cannot guarantee it, our Front Desk Staff does do their best to try to accommodate our guests' requests. :]

Uhoh. We thought ALL the rooms had safes. We are booked into a basic King for May, and we are bringing our laptop. Will a standard sized laptop fit into on of the safe deposit boxes at the front desk?

No, the laptop will not fit into the safety deposit box. However- you can have our Front Desk lock up your laptop in our secured luggage room for you! We're more than happy to do that!
