We've booked to stay with you guys in September and I was wondering how far in advance would we need to get in contact to make sure we can get a NQQ3 room? (I think that's right. We've booked through a travel agent and I think it said on the video on Youtube about the rooms that that was the code for the two queens).

We can definitely note the request on your reservation if you give our In-House Reservations Team a call at 714-776-6120, and while our Front Desk Staff will certainly do their best to try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee it. You can, when you call, opt to guarantee a room type by paying $15 per night + tax, but our In-House Team can give you more information about that when you call. :]
