Our stay was great

Here's the place where you can get to know the other board members, offer helpful travel hints and just generally have a merry old time! Pull up a chair and have a spot of tea!

Our stay was great

I would like to report back re: myself and DH staying at HoJo from September 10-17. Once again, we had a great stay there, with wonderful helpful, friendly staff. We also met alot of new people from all over (other guests), as everyone was just so relaxed and cheery.

The grounds we wonderfully kept as usual, and I think I had more fun watching the kids play in Castaway Cove.

One staff member (did not catch his name), had called for car service for us for the hockey game for a specific time. Later that evening, when he was leaving and I assume off shift, he realized our car was late, he took his own time to run back in and call them to make sure they would be there. Top notch service.

I did however misplace a photograph in the room, have called and e-mailed, and still no response, so am hoping to hear something back. I have left messages, and can't seem to connect with anyone in housekeeping. Fingers are crossed that I hear something soon.

I'm so glad that you had such a good stay with us!

I am so sorry that no one has gotten back to you with regard to your missing photograph! I have reforwarded a copy of your email to our Lost & Found Department, and someone should be in touch with you soon! :]

Thanks Lorealle, you're awesome. I got a call back, there was some confusion with the room #, so I gave her the room # again the clarify. A photo was turned in with a similar #, unfortunately, not ours. She said they will check again because she wasn't sure of the checkout date at the time, fingers crossed it is there.
