Hi - we will be staying Sept 12-18 in a premium room in building #1 and have a few questions. We'd like to buy some groceries so we have snacks available and will probably use the microwave to heat up left over pizza, etc:
1. Is cutlery provided in the room?
2. I notice that Albertsons will deliver groceries and I'm wondering if the hotel will accept a delivery for us the day of our arrival as we won't be getting in to the hotel until 1030 in the evening or so.

Also, I noticed on tripadvisor that all of the reviews on the hotel/rooms are very good, however a lot of people have complained about freeway noise. I'm concerned that given our late arrival that we may not get the room we're requested - will they guarantee us a room in that building? If not can you tell me which buildings are the most quiet and away from the freeway?

All of our Premium Disney View Rooms face towards the Parks, and not towards the freeway- so as long as you have booked this roomtype- you should be fine! :] [If you are unsure about what kind of room you have booked, go ahead and give us a call at 714-776-6120 and ask for In-House Reservations.

1. We do not provide cutlery in the rooms, but our Gift Shop does sell some that you can buy!
2. Albertson's or Vons will deliver to us, and you can read more about that here.
