I am allergic to feathers. What kind of comforter and pillows do you use at Hojo?

We have both feather and hypoallergenic bedding here at the Howard Johnson Hotel in Anaheim! All you have to do is call 714-776-6120 and ask for In-House Reservations so that we can find your reservation and put a note for our staff indicating which type you will require during your stay with us.

Hope this helps!

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful customer service your hotel has. The man I spoke to on the phone was wonderful about it. We are also staying at another hotel in your chain in San Francisco. I called them to check on this. They man I spoke to there had no idea what I was talking about. He said in 5 years, he had never heard of such a thing and was extremely rude. I called your corporate number and got it all worked out. But, it was very upsetting. It is so nice to know that when I call your hotel, that would never happen. THANKS!!!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear that you had such problems with the hotel in San Francisco! All of the Howard Johnson Hotels are independently owned and operated, but I'm so glad that you were able to find someone from corporate to help you with that particular hotel!

And I'm so glad to know that we've been able to help! We're very much looking forward to your stay! And of course, if you need anything in the meantime, don't hesitate to let us know! :D
