Hi
when checking in you will require my credit card, will i still be able to use this during my stay as this will be my main source of money!!
Also Im arriving on 28th Nov when we arrive is it possible to upgrade our rooms or will it be too late?

I believe they only need to see your credit card as a confirmation, and to have it on file for any additional charges that may accure during your stay. They give it back right after that and it's yours again!. And the room upgrade depends on what they have available at the time of check in, however if you call them before your stay to upgrade the chances of them having something available would be much better.

That's right! If your room is prepaid through a package we'll just authorize your credit card for $5 per night to cover any phone calls, movies, etc. And, if you're you're paying directly we'll authorize your total stay plus $5 per night. We'll give your card right back!

As Gtrsvsthdy replied, it is always best to try to secure your upgrade in advance. Just contact our Reservations Specialists at 714.776.6120 and ask for "in-house reservations". They'll check availability and pricing.
