Postby AlexOvechkin » Sat Sep 18, 2010 3:29 am

hey
I got tickets to the ducks vs kings game on the 29 Nov :D , being an international customer (NZ) i have had to go for the will call option for gettin the tickets... What is this as we dont use this term!! is this a pick up from venue or something??? Also what is the best form of transport to get from Hojo to the Honda centre for the game??
cheers

I always go to a Ducks game when I am in Anaheim (GO DUCKS!), and I get a Hojo staff member to call a town car for us to get there, and after the game, there are taxis (tons of them) waiting outside of the arena.

I meant to ask you, how did you buy your tickets? I am in Canada, so it's probably alot easier here, but I go through ticketmaster, since I always want the first five rows beside the player box, I have to get my tickets from a season ticket holder. BUT, I have the option of having the tickets mailed to me, or picking them up the day of the game. I always get them mailed to me though. Because I am outside of the U.S., I am not able to print my own tickets.

Yes "will call" means picking up your tickets at the venue. Usually there is a ticket window labeled "will call".

It is a weird term :)

Usually the town car is $15, about the same as the taxi. The only time I paid more was when we went to the Ducks team store, and the town car waited for us and drove us back, and then it was only $18, pretty inexpensive.
