ok SO excited.

Just spoke with Jennifer via Skype and booked the Kids Suite at the ET rate for January 6th to 13th!

Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and was just as excited for us as I was.

So THANKS Lorealle and Hojo for opening the Kids Suite up to ET rates and for opening up January's ET rates.

So glad I caught your announcement on Facebook this morning.

Can't believe a 40-something adult can feel so giggly and excited.

I love how easy Facebook and Twitter and all of that stuff makes everything! Such a great way to keep on top of it all! [I <3 the internet!]

And alll the thanks go to Jonathan [our General Manager] and Willie for creating that new rate for the Kids Suites and for opening up those dates! THANKS JONATHAN AND WILLIE! :D

HOJO is the best!!!

I was on hold for about 1/2 hour last Thurs. When I finally got thru to Jennifer my cell phone died. I emailed Jenniferto find out if the Entertainment Rate could be applied to my existing reservation for the Kids suite and she replied that 2 days of my 8 days were eligible!!!! Believe me we are pinching pennies to go...and this really helps! I am so greatful.

I'll be checking back again later to see if any add'ldays become available.

THANK YOU Jennifer and Lorealle for providing such awesome customer service. Your servicing is why people keep coming back to HOJO. This is our first time...all the way from Hawaii and we can't wait!

Hi waltandmickey! :D

We have 14 Kids Suites here at the hotel, and they are available as of now! If you would like to get rate and availability information, just give our In-House Reservations Team a call at 714-776-6120! :]

Hope this helps!

I see the kids suite layout has been added to the layout diagrams. Thanks - that helps me visualize it. I noticed in the diagram that the entry / hallway door to the suite is pictured on the kids' side (bunk bed side) of the suite. Is that true for all of the kids' suites? For security, I would not be comfortable closing the door and sleeping in a different room from my kids when they had access to sneak out (or someone to sneak in). Yeah, they're still little, but what if they wake up in the middle of the night and get confused by the strange environment?

Not only do they now have the layout, but they have a wonderful photo spread of 4 pages that shows 2 pics. of the adult side, and 2 pics. of the kids side! :) That is on the main Hojo page when you click on the 'rooms.' It looks wonderful, Hojo!!! :) Good stuff! :)

As far as the main door opening to the kids side, I'm not worried, as we plan on leaving our door open to hear anything on the kids side - besides that, with a chain lock on, youngsters would have a super hard time opening the door. But if you were still worried, maybe you could 'block' the door a little bit by putting a couple of heavy objects in front, such as suitcases, etc. I would worry more about that though, in case of a fire, (blocking the way out might not be such a good idea.)

A night light (or bathroom light left on at night?) might be a good idea if you're worried about the kids waking up in the dark. You could also set up a bell tied to a string (depending on which way the door opens!) and you'd hear that if the door opened. I don't know... does anyone else have any other ideas?
