What is the age/weight requirement in California for children riding in a passenger vehicle? Our oldest daughter is just about over the weight requirement of her seat, so I'm wondering if we'll be able to leave her seat at home. Thanks for the info! 19 days and counting until we arrive at HOJO!!

I wasn't sure, but I googled it for you and it looks like the law here is that children must be in car seats until they are at least 6 years old or weigh at least 60 pounds. Here is the link if you'd like more information.
