A couple of months ago, you indicated to us that microwaves were important to you- and we listened! Now, just a few months later- I am pleased to announce that allof our NQQ1's [Premium Disney Rooms] feature microwaves for your convenience!

Not sure if I posted this in the correct area but will give it a go. I called and found out I do not have a microwave in room ( needing a room with handicapped bars trumps the microwave . ) The personel at desk told me I am welcome to use the one of the front desk micro waves for my needs. Since I would be using the microwave for other then food warm ups the big question is ----- Would I also be able to pop popping corn or warm up soup in the front desk microwaves ? Having this site to ask questions for HOJO only is such a plus -- Thank you for setting up this site and maintaining it .

I don't think that would be a problem. If they said you can use it, I am sure they would let you use it for anything you want to warm up

Hello...

First time poster, but thinkt his board is a great idea! We've just booked our accom. for July. it was booked online. How do i know what kind of room we've got. my confirmation email doesn't tell me what kind of room it is - just that it's got 2 queen beds. Any ideas on whether it'll have a microwave?? I'll need to heat baby food etc.

Also, we've requested a cot and a room onthe bottom floor. Any idea when we'll know whether those requests are successful.

You can definitely email me at Lorealle.Bishop@hojoanaheim.com with your last name and arrival date, and I can look into your reservation for you! That's no problem at all!

The only way that your room will have a microwave is if it is a Premium Room with two queen beds, facing Disneyland- because those rooms [and the two Suites] are the only ones on our property with microwaves in them.

As for the request for a cot- we can definitely accommodate that for you! The cost for a rollaway bed is $7 per night + tax, and there is no charge at all for a crib! Regarding the request for a room on the groundfloor- it's something that we can definitely note for you, and our Front Desk will certainly do their best to try to make that happen- but we cannot guarantee it.
