ONline Booking - is price always honoured?

Postby jenvance » Sat May 01, 2010 9:35 pm

Hi

I went to book my vacation online on hojoanaheim's website today, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the price that came up! :o I am afraid to even mention what the price was, as I don't want to jinx it... it really is too good to be true.

My question is: Will HoJo Anaheim honour my price at the time of booking, regardless of how low it is? I have two confirmations that I will lock in a safe right now if they will.

My parents, my bro and I stayed at HoJo Anaheim exactly 20 years ago, and we had such a super time! I can't wait to bring my own husband and children to Disneyland and stay at the very same hotel that gave me such great memories.

Is there any reason that I should be worried, ie showing up at the hotel and "sorry, there's obviously been some weird glitch. You have to pay full price". Or, should I just enjoy this terrific find, and look forward to my stay? Will HoJo honor the "sale" price of my dreams? Also, upon showing up and seeing how little I'm paying, will my family be stuck in some closet, or will we get the same room we normally would?

I am currently also booked at another hotel in the area just in case.

Thank you so much for your help!

I'm sure you'll be fine, just print and take a copy of your confirmation with you, in case there are any questions. The Hojo always has good rates, especially off season.

Lorealle will most likely reassure you here as well, but if for any reason she hasn't posted yet, you can pm her, and she's very good at contacting future guests right away. She can take a quick look for you and just make sure it's all set in the system.

Hi everybody! :D

The price that you booked at is always the price that we will honor- even if the rate goes up! If you would like our In-House Reservations Team to doublecheck for you, just call 714-776-6120 between 9a and 5p PST and they can let you know exactly what pricing we are holding for you in our system. Just make sure that you ask specifically for In-House Reservations when you call! :]

Hope this helps!
