Cancellation Policy

[HoJo Helper]

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy here at the HoJo Anaheim, so if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason at all, just give us a call at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date, by 5p, and we can cancel your reservation completely without any charge.

If you cancel beyond the 48 hour cutoff, there is one night's charge, room and tax, placed on the card used to hold the reservation [that is the only way that we would ever charge the card without it physically being here].
