Please note that if you are connected to central reservations, they will not be able to assist with this local promotion. Your email will go directly to Anaheim, but if you phone and the Anaheim offices are closed or lines are busy, you may be re-directed to central reservations. Please try your call again later or send your request via email for quickest response. Anaheim Reservations Office hours are; Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM PST, and Saturday 9AM -1PM PST, Sundays closed.
Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
Book online at http://www.hojoanaheim.com, enter dates and daily promotion code in the reservations area at the top left of the screen. Promotional rates will be automatically applied
If you have an existing direct* booking and wish to change to the promotion, you may do so but still within the 24-hour period in which the promotion is open. You may also switch from one promotion to another, but you may only utilize one. Once you discard an older promotion, you may not rebook it.
*Existing bookings MUST be direct bookings with the hotel in order to alter. This means you made the booking yourself directly with the hotel via phone or online using the Howard Johnson brand website. All package bookings or bookings made through any third-party are NOT eligible to be altered and utilize these promotions. If the promotion is more advantageous than your package booking, you would need to make a new booking utilizing the promotion and then cancel your package booking on your own.
If there are no rooms in inventory, then the promotion cannot be booked.
Promotion is valid on ALL ROOM TYPES including all of the suites
Vouchers, gift cards, arrival gifts, ticket deals, points awards and other benefits will be given at hotel after check in is complete, when applicable to promotion. Points awards are applied at the CONCLUSION of the stay manually by your service agent
Promotional codes are revealed on each day of the month and are ONLY valid for bookings made ON that day from 12:01AM to 12PM PST
Bookings may be made for any dates in 2013 so long as rooms are still open for sale
Promotions cannot be combined
Changes to promotional bookings ARE allowed, but once you cancel a promotional booking it CANNOT be re-booked
Some promotional bookings, such as "free nights" giveaways are NON-CANCELABLE. Once booked, cancelation will result in penalty.
Prizes are not transferable
