Costco annual pass deal dead?

I went tonight to my nearest Costco (Kirkland, Washington), and they no longer are selling the annual passes. They were available as recently as four weeks ago.

Does anyone know if the annual pass deal (NOT the one for California residents, which is still up on Costco.com) is available at other Costco stores? Or is it dead?

I'll be calling around Monday morning (12/1), but I wanted to see if anyone here has the scoop.

Costco has a great deal that is good through May 31st, 2009.

Thanks, db. The annual pass had disappeared from Costco.com in early December (trust me, I searched and searched), and Costco locations around Seattle stopped selling them too.

I was able to call ahead to the Fullerton Costco, where they were still selling them. My daughter and I each got an annual pass, spent all $100 in gift card balance on our first day in the park , and had an excellent week in SoCal.
