You know, I'm actually not sure- but I did a quick Google search and found a link to Sea World's site with some information and a number that you can call! Here is the link to that!

I emailed them myself and was told that the Breakfast/Dinner with Shamu was 'temporarily suspended' until around mid october.

Not helpful for me, but I'm sure the info will be handy for someone.
