I see the Von's store on the map & it's on the other side of the highway - is there an overpass to walk to it or would we need a car?

There's an overpass, but it is a bit far, so you'd probably want to take a car/taxi.

I was not sure if to start a new topic or just use this one here as it is Von's I have a question about.

I am excited to see that it is actually a Safeway company, which is how I know it as where I live in BC, Canada...and where I do lots of my shopping. My query is in regards to deliveries to the hotel, that could happen from what I saw in another post. Does anyone know if one can place orders, not being an American resident? Or do I just use the HOJO's address? I do see a phone number listed for the Anaheim store but just thought I would ask here before phoning long distance tomorrow.

If we have a delivery to HoJo from Von's that includes alcohol, and we're not there at delivery time, will HoJo staff accept the delivery and sign for it? I saw somewhere on Von's website that there must be someone over 21 to accept it if the order includes alcohol (which is understandable), but we won't be at the hotel when the order is delivered. I understand that HoJo staff will accept and store the order for us, but I wanted to be sure this was the case with alcohol too.

I just wanted to add that my family and I have used Von's delivery to the HoJo twice now and we think it's awesome. Everything arrives as planned and the last time we ordered the HoJo's staff even had the delivery already in our room when we arrived. It just one of those things that makes a vacation even more magical. Thanks to Von's and the HoJo for great teamwork!
