I know of nothing called Orange County Markets, unless you are talking about a variety of shops.

There are two places called "Market Place", the one I go to on a regular basis is only open on weekends at the Orange County Fair Grounds in Costa Mesa (alas, closed the second half of July due to the Orange County Fair). (July 16th through August 15th) A smaller version is offered as part of the fair, but you do have to pay the full price of fair admission to visit the area, but there are also a lot of other great shopping opportunities at the fair, along with a lot of other fun things.

It is a Swap Meet/Flea Market set-up.

There is a much smaller one that is indoors and open 6 days a week in Anaheim (closed Tuesdays)

It is basically on the other side of Interstate 5 from HoJo's. In fact, the Anaheim Marketplace offers free transporation to and from its location to nearby hotels.

Hope that is what you are looking for.... If not, reply and we will try and point you to the correct place.
